Golfers from across the US spent an exciting day of golf at Old Ranch Country Club in Seal Beach, CA. The tournament began at noon with the popular Tiger/Phil Closest to the Hole competition and raising funds for the IAEE National DE&I Scholarship. An 18-hole scramble followed with golfers and non-golfers enjoying a cocktail reception filled with raffle prizes and a silent auction benefitting the California Family Life Center.
Guests from Las Vegas and Southern California participated in not one, not two, but three exciting tours in one afternoon! Starting with the LVCC Loop at LVCC North Convention Center, guests rode took a Tesla to the West Hall for a tour of the LVCC Expansion. Afterwards, there was a hosted walk through of InfoComm. The afternoon ended with a networking experience at the Renaissance Hotel.
Panelists from the hospitality industry, including sports, entertainment, events, trade shows, and weddings shared their insights to a room filled with students enrolled in UNLV's William F. Harrah Hospitality College program and event professionals. Afterwards, the group enjoyed a fun gamified networking experience on the beautiful Hospitality Hall patio overlooking the Las Vegas Strip.
